New Features Added

Hey everyone. Several new features have been added to the blog. the first addition is the comment section. Comments can now be left by clicking on the word comment at the bottom of each post. These can then be viewed by anyone visiting the blog.
The next addition is the fish, just left click anywhere in their area to feed them. ( yes I was bored and had nothing else to do.)
The last addition is the search bar. Type the word question or phrase you are looking for and click on search. You can then limit the search to the blog, links that are attached to blog, or the web, just click on the appropriate header.

Muzzleloader Season

The flintlock muzzleloader season opens Dec. 26th, 2009 and runs until Jan. 9th, 2010. Keep your powder dry and see you on the 26th.

Last Drive for 09

The last drive of the day paid off for Alex and Sean. They each scored nice doe on the last drive of the day. Congratulations guys.

2and Buck of Season

Thanks to Tony braving the cold temperatures on Saturday the club ends the 09 regular deer season with two bucks taken on the property.

Regroup for next drive

It takes a lot of planning to set up for the next drive.

Snow covered standers

Saturdays hunt got a little white and wet in the woods. I found these guys trying to keep their scopes clear as the drive came by. I am glad that the weather forecast only called for a dusting of snow instead of the three or four inches that ended up on the ground.

Jim shot this big buck on Saturday12/5/09 behind his house in east Hoadleys.This is gonna cost him at the old taxidermy shop. Is this going to become Barbs Christmas present Jim?

This little guy walked less than 25 yards from the condo. The only time he paid any attention to me was when the camera would go off. The Invisible Hunter must be working, thanks Tim.

09 Deer Season

Donald is setting the pace for this years deer season with this 8 point buck. Not only is this a nice buck, it is the only one harvested as of Tuesday night.
