November Meeting - Doe - Condo Make Over

The next regular Meeting of the Club will be Friday, November 7th. at 7PM. This will be the last  meeting before the rifle deer season.



                                                                              

Winchester Crossbow supplied my first archery season  doe for the freezer.

         The Condo was built back in 1987 using whatever scrap material that could be found. After 27 years the temporary awning that was called a roof gave out. Time for a deer stand makeover.

                                                                                     

 

The old trailer trusses where rotted beyond repair.

 First time that a store bought lumber touches condo.

Construction help arrives.

Beer gets delivered.

Hopefully this roof lasts for 27 years.

Open house planned for large Buck on 12-1. One lucky buck could get a piece of lead.

WNEP at TR&GC

Tim had the crew from Pa Outdoor Life out for a hunt on 10/13/2014.
                                           
                                                                                

   Don Jacobs and his cameraman Brian join hosting members to talk hunting after a hunt 
that was shot for TV at TRGC. Although no shooters were seen or harvested, the crew saw 
some 20 deer that included 5 smaller bucks. The show will air in 2 weeks on channel 16 
WNEP.
