Thursday Buck
After passing up lesser bucks Kevin took this nice 8 pointer from his condo late Thursday afternoon. It paid off to be patient.
Tuesday & Wednesday Bucks
Tuesday finally delivered some snow to help with the hunt. This edge did not produce any bucks though.
Monday Bucks
Captain Bob shot this nice 8 pointer late in the day on the McDonald lease.
Both Tony and I lost our shirt tails after missing our marks, leaving the meat pole a little lighter than it should have been.
My massive buck was running so fast that its feet only touched the ground every 1/2 mile or more.Its large antlers uprooted large trees as it out ran my bullet. This is the story I will be telling at the bar anyway.
